Quick Pickled Coriander Red Cabbage Slaw

Makes 6 Cups


6 C sliced/chopped red cabbage
2 t fresh coriander seeds, crushed
1/3 C apple cider vinegar
¼ C rice wine vinegar
¼ C sugar
Salt and pepper


  • Assemble all items. Keep in an air tight container for 4 hours prior to serving, stirring at least once. Will keep for up to a week in fridge.
