Garlic Rubbed Parmesan Bruschetta

Prep Time: 15 Total Time. 30 minutes


  • Cut a loaf of your favorite french bread into 1/4 to 1/2 inch slices and place on a large jelly roll pan. It’s okay if the bread is crowded on the pan, but don’t overlap. All bread should be at the same distance from the heat. Brush each slice generously with fine olive oil and a good coarse sea salt. Put under broiler at a distance of about 6 to 8 inches and broil until toasted. About 10 minutes depending upon your oven. Remove bread from oven and rub each slice with a fresh
  • garlic clove. A large loaf will need about 3 large cloves to last. Sprinkle with a good grated hard parmesan and serve with your favorite pasta, or because you need a fabulous snack!
