Avocado Tomato Toast

A simple breakfast or healthy snack.


INGREDIENTS:

Per serving:

1 piece of wheat bread, toasted well.

1 T butter for each piece

½ avocado smashed

1 small tomato sliced thinly

1 T or a drizzle of olive oil

Generous sprinkle of kosher salt and black pepper


METHOD:

Butter toast, add smashed avocado, and tomato slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Cut in half to serve.
