Asian Broccoli Slaw with Strawberries

And a Sesame, Ginger & Soy Vinaigrette

Serves 6


1 bag shredded broccoli slaw (4 C)
7 large strawberries sliced
2 small white cucumbers diced
½ C fresh chopped cilantro
1/3 orange pepper diced


Just shy of ¼ C lite oil
1 t sesame oil
¼ C rice wine vinegar
3 T soy sauce
2 t fresh grated ginger
2 T sugar
Salt and pepper


  • Assemble all slaw ingredients and keep in fridge until ready to serve. Toss with dressing 10 minutes before serving
